We have been working on a new site design for some time now. We decided to go ahead and release it to get your feedback. We would appreciate it if you could give us your thoughts: What needs to be added, taken away, edited etc? Does your browser view the site properly?
So far our tests have shown that the site shows best with Google Chrome. However, firefox looks okay as well. IE on the other hand is, in my view, lacking luster. Let us know what you think…

We like the simplicity of the mainpage, and do not consider it to congested.
I think the width is ok. Not sure how it is showing on your browser though.
Ill see what I can do to show the topic insha’allah.

regarding the width of the categories section , there is much space left out. You could shorten it and increase the width of the content page.
I cant view what is between the seeking ilm pic and options on the top. it is blank.
And when i move over it i get an error.

I am using explorer, in fact two versions of it on diff computers and am having no problems. It could be an add-on that you have or something. Have you tried another browser?

I don’t like that the titles of the post are cut off on the main page, that’s no good.
I do like the pop ups when you mouse over the categories.

Oh, one other thing, the pop up when you mouse over the “Sunnah & Hadith” category at the top of the page has a side scroll bar but I’m unable to use it as the pop up window disappears once I move my mouse. Is there more text to be see in that little window? If not I suggest removing it as none of the other pop up mouse over windows have scroll bars.
BTW I’m using Firefox. And I just wanted to reiterate it’s really annoying not being able to read the entire title of each story or topic. I want to see the full title so I can decide if I want to read it or not, and not see only a few characters and the rest cut off with “…”.

im using version 6.0 something. when i move over the section on top where the problem is, iusually get a error (run time error) . and pressing ok will close the window.

I am not running 6.0, but rather 7 and 8. I don’t know how to fix it for 6.0 bro, sorry.

It will take some time to to get acquainted with the new design, but I do like it. Thumbs up.
The only suggestion I have, is to perhaps add an “X comments” next to the title of the article/post, i.e. where it now says “X views”. Indeed, there is a “recent comments” box on the right but, hey, I thought I would suggest it anyway; I just like that little “x comments” next to the topic.

The new design is great. Three thumbs up
I love the new look, it brings more color to the page. Much more exciting to look at. And I mainly view the page from my G1 phone and I don’t have any problems with it on the browser the phone use.

The site design suggests wordpress cms, but I can’t pick up on which template are using?
Nevermind. I figured out the theme.
The theme is smooth, but has some code problems for sure!
It might be better if the recent comment link on home would take us directly to the comment instead of scrolling down to the comment.
