Salam,

bro I read in the Reliance that we cannot pray behind a follower of another mathab if he has not fulfilled the conditions of our school. So if a Hanafi has touched a woman who is not from his ummarriageable kin then we cannot pray behind him. Is this correct? This is the used by salafis to argue that mathab makes divisions. Also read it was used by Albani, may Allah have mercy on him, in his debate with Ramadan Buti. Can you please carify this for me?

JazakAllah kheir

Assalaam alaikum wtwb,

Jazakallah Khairun. Much appreciated.
May Allah (SWT) reward you with whatever your heart desires in this world and the next. Ameen

With respect to the difference of opinion on the Shuroot for combining during Rain, what is the best course of action to take?

Does one leave the combining if for example has not intended to pray the salah at the masajid? How is this sunnah practiced by the Womanfolk who may not visit the masajid regularly??

Also, what is the basis of defining / deciding what is a condition in the case of the above.

Apologise for the list of questions...

Assalaam alaikum wtwb,

I pray You and Yours are well.

Many congratulations on a wonderful site - May Allah (SWT) reward you abundantly.

I have a query on the issue of combining during Rain; I understand there are a number of conditions for this ruling to come into effect - I remember someone mentioning things like the salah needs to be prayed in the Masajid, in congregation etc.

I may have have got it completely wrong - Can I trouble you to confirm / clarify this issue.

Jazakallah khairun

Asalamu alaykum

Thank u for the information, it is very useful. I have a question. I am currently memorising the Qur'an but I was told that I can not recite the qur'an during menses. I fall back on my hifdh. even if one wishes to memorise the quran she is not allowed to read the quran?

Assalaamu Alaikum,

I remember reading on sunnipath or somewhere about a weaker yet followable position where one is only required to follow the general direction in prayer. I haven't been able to find the fatwa agian, is there any chance you might be bale to post something, i believe it may have been from bughyatul mustarshideen
